Visa Requirements
- Submit a valid a copy of Passport bio data page.
- Submit Approval Permission letter from the Solomon Islands Commissioner of Labour.
- Sponsor letter from a Religious Organization.
- Cover Letter (Address to Director of Immigration).
- Police clearance and Medical report from country of residence.

Character requirements for the visa
- There is a character concern about a person if –
- the person has a record of serious criminal conduct, whether in Solomon Islands or in a foreign country.
- the person has been convicted for more than one criminal offence, whether in Solomon Islands or in a foreign country.
- the person is a threat to national security, connected to terrorist act, people trafficking, child sex, drug smuggling.
- the person is acquitted of an offence on the grounds of unsoundness of mind or insanity, detained in a facility.
Cancellation of visa
- The Director of Immigration may cancel a visa if –
- there is a character concern about the person applying for the visa.
- the visa was obtained through fraud or false information or document.
