This visa is issued at the discretion of the Solomon Islands Government to individuals whose presence serves national interest.

Who Should Apply
- Fill in Ministerial Special exemption form in eVisa portal.
- Valid passport holder.
- Submit approval permission letter from the Commissioner of Labour.
- Sponsor letter of Indemnity or Ministerial letter of confirmation.
- Apply for visa exemption under section 11 (1) (e) of the Immigration Act 2012.
- Pay Administration Fee.
Any individual granted entry through special Ministerial authority, including for diplomatic, humanitarian, or strategic purposes.
How to Apply
A Third-Party Diplomatic Note or Ministerial Letter of Approval is required as part of the application.
