This visa is for short-term visits by foreign officials for non-government organizations.

Multiple entries
- Extension stay can be permitted. Submit extension application at the SI Immigration visa service counter.
- All extension applications must be submitted well in advance of the expiry of the current Entry Permit.
- Extensions are only issued to non-citizens currently in Solomon Islands.
Who Should Apply
- Foreign officials NGO personnel on temporary assignments or official visits.
- Foreign officials NGO under section 11 (1) (e) of the Immigration Act 2012.

- Provide a valid copy of your Official Passport (bio data page)
- Provide a Support letter from SI Ministry of Foreign Affairs & External Trade
- Provide a Verbal Note
- Copy of Program/meeting schedule
- Provide a copy of a Return ticket

Important
You may not be allowed into Solomon Islands if your passport validity is less than 6 months. Makesure you attach all required documents with your application.

When you get your visa
Once your visa is approved, we will send your grant letter through your email that you provided.
Your visa is valid from:
- the date you entered Solomon Islands.
- the date your visa is granted.
Important
You must present a copy of your grant letter when you enter Solomon Islands.
