Visa Requirements
- Fill in Ministerial Special exemption form in eVisa portal.
- Valid passport holder.
- Submit approval permission letter from the Commissioner of Labour.
- Sponsor letter of Indemnity or Ministerial letter of confirmation.
Who Should Apply
- Any individual granted entry through special Ministerial authority, including for diplomatic, humanitarian, or strategic purposes.
- Apply for visa exemption under section 11 (1) (e) of the Immigration Act 2012.
